Shop Portadown uses the information you provide to manage business listings, offers, ownership claims, advertising enquiries and print bookings.

Information we store

We store account names and email addresses, securely hashed passwords, submitted business details, messages, ownership evidence and uploaded images or artwork. Business profiles and approved listings are public. Ownership evidence, account details and print artwork are restricted to the relevant account and site administrators.

Cookies and usage information

Essential cookies keep you signed in and help protect forms. Session records and hosting access logs may include your IP address, browser information and visit times. Our reporting counts page views, business website clicks, phone taps, directions requests and QR scans as daily totals; these analytics tables do not store visitor IP addresses. Counts represent requests, not unique people.

Payments, email and external links

Online payments and automated email delivery are not currently connected. Contact enquiries are saved for the administrator to review. When you choose an external business website, Google Maps, Facebook or WhatsApp link, that service handles your visit under its own privacy policy.

Managing your information

You can edit your business details from your dashboard. Account records and submissions remain stored until removed by an administrator. To request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before handling an account request. Backup copies may remain after a record is removed from the working site.
